Slow Cook to Perfection: Place the prepared roast in a slow cooker, then pour the strong, prepared coffee over the top, ensuring the roast is generously coated. Cover and cook on Low setting until the roast is deeply browned and exceptionally tender. This process should take approximately 6 to 8 hours. For optimal results, use an instant-read thermometer to check the internal temperature; it should reach 145 degrees F (65 degrees C) when inserted into the thickest part of the roast.
