Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C). (5 minutes)

02

Step
3 mins

Slice off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves. Place the garlic on a square of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. (3 minutes)

03

Step
2 mins

Carefully wrap the foil around the garlic, creating a sealed pouch. (2 minutes)

04

Step
20 mins

Air fry until the garlic is soft and fragrant, about 16-20 minutes. (20 minutes)

05

Step
5 mins

Carefully open the foil pouch (be cautious of escaping steam!). Let the garlic cool slightly before squeezing out the roasted cloves. (5 minutes)

For a deeper, richer flavor, try using infused olive oil (such as chili or rosemary).
Roasted garlic can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Use a fork to help squeeze out the garlic cloves if they are too hot to handle.
Don't discard the infused oil left in the foil pouch! It's fantastic for drizzling over vegetables or pasta.
Experiment with adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
