Follow The Directions

01

Step
35 mins

In a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot), combine tomatoes, potatoes, chicken broth, onion, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and red pepper flakes. Lay chicken breasts on top; add seasoned salt, thyme, and black pepper. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure and set timer for 20 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.

02

Step
5 mins

Carefully release pressure using the quick-release method (about 5 minutes). Unlock and remove lid.

03

Step
2 mins

Transfer chicken to a plate to cool. Add corn, lima beans, and okra to the pot; stir to combine.

04

Step
30 mins

Remove and discard chicken skin and bones; shred meat and return it to the pot. Add pork to the pot. Close and lock the lid. Select low pressure and set timer for 15 minutes, cooking until vegetables are heated through. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build. Carefully release pressure using the quick-release method (about 5 minutes). Unlock and remove lid. Serve hot and enjoy!

For a richer flavor, consider browning the chicken breasts in the Instant Pot before adding the other ingredients.
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your desired level of spiciness.
If you don't have cooked pork on hand, you can substitute with smoked sausage or pulled chicken.
