Assemble and Cook the Naan Pizzas: Heat the remaining 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place one naan in the skillet and cook until it becomes crispy, approximately 2 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet.

Spread the cooked naan generously with the prepared basil pesto. Top with dollops of ricotta cheese, crumbled feta cheese, and the sauteed mushrooms. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Return the assembled naan pizza to the skillet and cook until the cheeses are melted and bubbly, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. Repeat with the second naan and remaining ingredients.

For a more intense basil flavor, gently bruise the basil leaves before blending.

If you don't have naan bread, pita bread or flatbread can be used as a substitute.
