For a sweeter pickle, increase the sugar to 2 teaspoons. Feel free to experiment with different spices, such as coriander seeds or bay leaves. If you don't have a canning jar, a glass or plastic container with a tight-fitting lid will work as well. These pickled cauliflower florets will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
