Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sour cream until well blended. Stir in the Cheddar cheese. (2 minutes)

02

Step

Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and pesto; cook and stir until the onion becomes translucent. Stir in the sliced tomatoes, then pour the egg mixture over the top. Cook and stir until the eggs are set. Remove the eggs from the skillet. (8-11 minutes)

03

Step

Add the turkey bacon to the skillet; cook and stir until it begins to crisp. Add the drained and thinly sliced artichoke hearts; sauté until heated through. Remove the bacon and artichokes from the skillet. (7 minutes)

04

Step

Spray the skillet again with cooking spray. Place the flour tortilla into the skillet; cook until warm and flexible, flipping once. Remove from the heat and transfer to a plate. (1-2 minutes)

05

Step

Spoon the egg mixture, crispy bacon, and artichoke hearts into the center of the warmed tortilla; season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold the bottom 2 inches of the tortilla up to enclose the filling, and wrap tightly to create a perfect breakfast wrap. (3 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, spread a thin layer of pesto directly onto the tortilla before adding the filling.
Consider adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
Feel free to substitute ingredients based on your preference. Spinach or mushrooms would also be delicious additions.
